LP Ripper 11.0 is a shareware lp ripper app and CD cloner, developed by CFB Software for Windows.
The download has been tested by an editor here on a PC and a list of features has been compiled; see below.
LP Ripper splits a WAV file into a separate file for each LP track
LP Ripper makes the task of converting vinyl LPs, tapes and cassettes to MP3 files or CDs much easier. Just record each side of your LP as a single WAV file on your computer. LP Ripper automatically splits the file into a separate WAV file for each track. Optionally, it can also call a MP3, WMA or similar encoder to produce a separate compressed file for each track. You can listen to previews of tracks and visually trim the start and finish.
Features of LP Ripper
- Adjust the fade-in / fade-out of selected tracks.
- Control MP3 or WMA Encoder quality with a slider control.
- Copy / Paste / Edit Tracks names from track listings.
- Insert silence before and after tracks.
- Listen to previews of the tracks.
- Optionally store MP3 album title, track name etc. (ID3 Tags) with the MP3 file.
- Replace the hiss between tracks with silence.
- Save editing progress between sessions.
- Use LP Recorder .TRK files for fast operation.
Compatibility and License
This download is licensed as shareware for the Windows operating system from CD ripper software and can be used as a free trial until the trial period ends (after an unspecified number of days). The LP Ripper 11.0.1 demo is available to all software users as a free download with potential restrictions and is not necessarily the full version of this software.
What version of Windows can LP Ripper run on?
LP Ripper can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
